Player: Dana Dunsmore; Dickinson State; Senior; 1st Base; Campbell River, BC, Canada
Dunsmore batted .591 with a 1.000 slugging percentage in helping the Blue Hawks to a 6-0 record for the week and their second straight DAC regular season crown.  In the Blue Hawks' six games, she was 13 of 22 with six doubles and one hoe run, eleven runs scored, six RBI and was 7 for 7 in stolen base attempts.   Dunsmore was also named the NAIA Region III Player of the Week.
Pitcher: Mehgan Shaw; Dickinson State; Sophomore; Pitcher; Regina, SK, Canada
Shaw picked up four wins with a 1.59 ERA to help the Blue Hawks capture their second consecutive DAC regular season title.  For the week, she pitched 22 innings, allowed five runs on 15 hits with 23 strikeouts and four walks.
 
Softball Player/Pitcher of the Week for April 16-22, 2007:
Player: Kelli Baumgartner; Valley City State; Senior; Outfielder; Battle Lake, MN
Baumgartner batted .476 with a 1.238 slugging percentage in helping the Vikings to a 4-2 record for the week.  She was 10 of 21 with two doubles, a triple and four home runs with seven runs scored and 14 RBI.  On Tuesday, she hit a walk off home run in the bottom of the eighth to beat Minot State and hit a walk off grand slam versus Mayville State Friday, her second grand slam of the day.
Pitcher: Nikki Marcoux; Jamestown College; Sophomore; Pitcher; Winnipeg, MB, Canada
Marcoux went 3-0 with a 0.69 earned run average for the Jimmies.   For the week, she pitched 20.1 innings, allowed two earned runs on 14 hits with 12 strikeouts and six base-on-balls in improving her season record to 14-4.
 
Softball Player/Pitcher of the Week for April 09-15, 2007:
Player: Dana Dunsmore; Dickinson State; Senior; 1st Base; Campbell River, British Columbia
Dunsmore batted .583 with a 1.250 slugging percentage in helping the Lady Hawks to a 3-1 record for the week.  In the four games, she was 7-of-12 with two doubles, two home runs, five runs scored, nine RBI and was 4-for-4 in stolen base attempts.
Pitcher: Krystal Hathaway; Valley City State; Freshman; Pitcher; Winnipeg, Manitoba
Hathaway pitched two complete game victories in conference play for the Vikings.   In the two wins, she pitched 14 innings, allowed two earned runs on ten hits with 19 strikeouts and four walks in improving her season record to 6-1.
 
Softball Player/Pitcher of the Week for April 02-08, 2007:
Player: Kayla Mitchell; Minot State; Sophomore; Pitcher/2nd Base; Protage La Prairie, MB
Mitchell batted .714 with a 1.143 slugging percentage in helping the Beavers to a conference sweep of Jamestown.  In the two games, she was 5 of 7 with 3 doubles, 4 runs scored and 4 RBI.  Mitchell was also the winning pitcher in the victory in game one of the doubleheader. Mitchell was also named NAIA Region III Player of the Week.
Pitcher: Jessica Clark; Black Hills State; Sophomore; Pitcher; Beech Island, SC
Clark went 2-2 with a 3.44 ERA for the Yellow Jackets.  In the four games, she pitched 20.1 innings, allowed 14 runs, 10 earned runs on 21 hits with 24 strikouts and four walks.
 
Softball Player/Pitcher of the Week for March 26-April 01, 2007:
Player: Nikki Marcoux; Jamestown College; Sophomore; Outfielder; Winnipeg, MB, Canada
Marcoux batted .611 with a 1.333 slugging percentage in helping the Jimmies to a 6-1 record for the week.  In seven contests, she was 11 of 18 with one double, 4 home runs, 12 runs scored, 8 RBI and 6 walks.  Marcoux was also named NAIA Region III Player of the Week.
Pitcher: Danielle Yunto; Jamestown College; Senior; Pitcher; Menomonee Falls, WI
Yunto went 2-0 with a 2.80 ERA in two games for the Jimmies.  For the week, she pitched 10 innings, allowed seven runs, 4 earned runs and struck out 12 and walked 8.  
 
Softball Player/Pitcher of the Week for March 19-25, 2007:
Player: Leah Glasgow; Dickinson State; Senior; 2nd Base; Santa Cruz, CA
Glasgow batted .600 with a 1.800 slugging percentage in helping the Blue Hawks to a sweep of Jamestown in their DAC opener.  In the two contests, she was 3 of 5 with two home runs, three runs scored and four RBI.

Clark had a 5-1 record with a 1.19 ERA for the Yellow Jackets.  During the week, she pitched 35.1 innings, allowed seven runs, six earned on 30 hits with 25 strikeouts and only five walks.
